I'm looking to create my first website but am not sure where to begin. My goal is to build a simple, clean, and functional site, possibly for a small business or personal blog. Should I use a website builder like Wix or WordPress, or is it better to dive into coding from scratch?

Also, what are the best tools for web design and SEO that I should be aware of? Any advice on getting started would be greatly appreciated, especially for someone who's new to the whole process.
