I'm trying to make healthier snack choices, and I recently picked up a pack of almonds coated in dark chocolate. I know almonds are great for healthy fats and protein, but I'm curious if adding dark chocolate makes this a nutritious snack or more of a treat.
Is there a specific cocoa percentage that keeps the benefits without too much sugar? Also, are there any brands that balance taste and health well? Would love to hear any tips or favorite brands that keep the health factor in mind!
