To register a One Person Company (OPC) in India, you need the following documents: valid identity proof (Aadhar card, passport, or voter ID), address proof (utility bill or rent agreement), and passport-sized photographs of the sole director and shareholder. Obtain a Director’s Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN). Prepare the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA). Provide proof of the registered office, such as a rent agreement or property documents, and a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) if applicable. Include the PAN card for both the director and the company. Submit the SPICe+ form online to complete the registration process.
