If you device is not working properly and you are expressing slow speed then you have the option to use chrome: //net-internals/#dns mobile. Once you use this you have can able to delete dns cache from your device.
Just open your chrome browser and type chrome //net-internals/#dns mobilecarefully and press on enter key.
Then you will get option to clear host cache or go with Flush socket pools.
